Play on a Scout or Veteran when he moves. This character may now use Hidden movement with one real and one decoy marker. Covert Ops characters gain one additional decoy marker. This Hidden movement lasts until the character is revealed.
Called "Ghosts" by some of the Resistance, they move unseen amongst the enemy.
