Any player may deploy Gear cards at a 'discount' of -2$ (minimum cost of 1$). Roll D6 for each piece of discounted Gear a Runner received and when discounted Gear is swapped between Runners. On 5+, Runner holding or trading discounted Gear is arrested (return runner to owner's hand and trash any Gear he is holding). Mafia Runners are arrested only on a roll of 6+.
