Buried Reaction:Play immediately after another player has destroyed any of your Water tokens through an engagement at an undefended City Section. That player must pay Water equal to the amount he or she destroyed. If that player does not have enough Water, that player must pay all his or her Water. Only one Defending the Innocent can be played per battle.
