Q: If I use the Dam Torsad region to put the location of the Archaeological Site in the game, will the beginning of my turn still be going, and then I will win the game, or should I wait another turn?
A: We will have to wait one more turn. All effects ""At the beginning of your turn"" go to the pile at the same time, so when the ability of the region of Dam Torsad is resolved from the pile, the beginning of the move will already pass.
